Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using LEDO-TECH Mobile POS & Inventory (“Software”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

License

Subject to these Terms, LEDO-TECH grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your internal business purposes, in object code form, on devices you own or control.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except where prohibited law allows;
  • Remove or alter proprietary notices;
  • Use the Software in violation of applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Rent, lease, or sublicense the Software without permission.

Your data and responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, backups, and compliance with laws that apply to your business (including tax, record-keeping, and privacy obligations toward your customers and employees).

Disclaimer

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEDO-TECH OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR IF NO FEES WERE PAID, FIFTY DOLLARS (USD $50).

Updates

We may provide updates through app stores or other channels. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of any revised terms if we require acceptance as part of the update process.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to distribution channels if you materially breach these Terms. You may stop using the Software at any time.

Governing law
