Privacy Policy
Summary: LEDO-TECH does not collect, store, or sell your personal information through the Mobile POS & Inventory application as described below. Your operational data is stored locally on your device. This document explains the limits of that statement and other situations that may apply.
Who this applies to
This policy covers the LEDO-TECH Mobile POS & Inventory application and this marketing website (static pages you are reading now). If you use third-party services (for example cloud backup tools you install separately), those services are governed by their own policies.
Data stored in the app
The application uses a local database on your device (SQLite) to store business information you enter—such as products, inventory, and transactions. That data remains on the device unless you export it, back it up, or use features that explicitly send data elsewhere (none are described as built-in cloud sync in this product documentation).
Personal information
We do not ask you to create a LEDO-TECH account for core app functionality, and we do not operate a central service that receives personal information from the app for marketing, profiling, or resale. Information you type into the app (for example customer or staff names if you choose to record them) is under your control on your hardware.
Analytics and crash reporting
The application source tree used for this product does not embed third-party advertising or analytics SDKs (such as ad networks or behavioral analytics) in the app code at the time this page was drafted. If you add such SDKs later, update this policy accordingly. Your device operating system or app store may still collect diagnostics or usage metrics according to platform settings—please review Google Play, Microsoft Store, Apple, or Windows privacy controls as applicable.
This website
If you host these static pages on a web server, standard server logs may record IP addresses, user agents, and request times. LEDO-TECH does not use those logs to identify individuals unless you configure analytics or hosting tools that do so; any such use should be disclosed here when you deploy.
App stores
When you download from Google Play, the Microsoft Store, or similar channels, those companies process payments, updates, and may collect data as described in their terms. We do not receive your payment card details from those stores beyond what the platform provides for order fulfillment.
Children
The app is intended for business use. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). Do not use the app to collect personal information from children without appropriate consent and legal compliance.
Changes
We may update this policy when the product or legal context changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised when material changes are made.
